早期功能训练联合中频电对偏瘫肢体功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨早期功能训练联合中频电对脑血管病偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的意义和效果。方法选择急性脑卒中偏瘫患者92例,随机分为康复组46例和对照组46例。康复组在接受神经内科常规治疗基础上接受功能训练联合中频电治疗,而对照组只接受常规药物治疗和自我锻炼。分别于治疗前和治疗后4周采用改良Barthel1]指数评定患者的日常生活活动能力,用简氏Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法评定患者的肢体运动功能。结果 2组治疗后与本组治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.05),康复组在日常生活活动能力、运动功能均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期功能训练联合中频电能显著提高患者的肢体运动功能,改善日常生活能力,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of early functional training combined intermediate frequency electric to motor function in patients with hemiplegia.Methods Choose acute stroke hemiplegia patients in 92 cases, were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and the control group(46 cases). Rehabilitation group accept function training combined intermediate frequency electric treatment on the basis of neurology department conventional treatment, Control group only accept routine drug therapy and self exercise. Respectively the before treatment and after treatment4 weeks,They were assessed with Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer Assessmen.Result There was significant improvement in both groups after treatments(P&lt;0.05),and it was more in the experimental group than in the controlgroup(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Early functional training combined intermediate frequency electric improve motor function in patients with hemiplegia, improve the quality of life.
