新型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂PF99对20钢的缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:常年加工高酸高硫原油会导致炼厂设备严重腐蚀,腐蚀较明显部位为塔顶冷凝系统及管线,材质为20钢。采用失重挂片法评价了2种油田常用缓蚀剂LH01、WS01和实验室制备的新型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂PF99在减粘塔顶油水介质中对20钢的缓蚀性能,讨论了浸泡时间对PF99缓蚀率的影响,简要分析了PF99的缓蚀机理。结果表明,PF99缓蚀剂具有稳定的、最佳的缓蚀效果,最佳用量0.05 mL/L,缓蚀率达93.79%;温度为80℃时,浸泡时间为120 h,缓蚀效果最好;PF99缓蚀剂分子中极性基团和非极性基团的共同作用,使其起到良好的缓蚀作用。
