| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨黄芪水煎液对肿瘤患者放疗所致骨髓抑制的作用。方法：128例恶性肿瘤经放疗后引起骨髓抑制患者，随机分为试验组（68例）和对照组（60例），分别应用黄芪水煎液和鲨肝醇治疗，观察2组临床症状、外周血白细胞及免疫功能的变化。结果：黄芪水煎液可明显改善临床症状，有效率为100％，升高外周血白细胞，有效率为89.7%；对照组有效率分别为76.7%和53．3％,2组比较差异有统计学意义，P均＜0．01。同时黄芪水煎液还能提高机体免疫功能，可明显升高患者血中Tc、Th、IgG、IgM和C3水平。结论：黄芪水煎液对肿瘤放疗引起的骨髓抑制具有治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the effects of radix astragali (RA) on the myelosuppression induced by irradiation.Metheods:A total of 128 cancer patients whose WBC were low after radiotherapy were randomly allocated into 2 groups.RA extract and an antagonistic myelosuppression drug were given to the animals in the treatment group ( n =68) and the controls ( n =60), respectively. The clinical symptoms,the peripheral WBC count,and immune function were observed.Results:Compared with control group, the effective rate of improving clinical symptoms was 100%,and that of increasing WBC count was 89.7% in the treatment group, and immune function was improved with the increase of Tc,Th,IgG,IgM and C3 in blood.Conclusions:RA has antagonistic effects on the myelosuppression induced by cancer irradiation. |
