圆柱齿轮传动输入轴输出轴共轴线传动箱改进设计

摘    要:应用圆柱齿轮设计共轴线传动方式变速箱时,常见的结构为行星齿轮传动方式,或将轴平行排列方式的普通传动箱,经箱体变型转变为共轴线的传动方式,两者比较,前者结构较复杂,制造成本高,后者轴向跨度大,易引起弹性变形.本文提出的设计方案,结构简明,克服了上述两种结构的缺点,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:The common mechanism of designing coaxial line gear box is the mode of epicyclic gearing or the mode of parallel axis, we get the mode of coaxial line gearing via the case changing, to be comparide, the former is more complex and the cost of manufacture is higher, the latter has a big axial span, and easier to cause elastic deformation. This article advances a design with compendiary mechanism, it overcomes shortcomings of the two mechanism above, it will be of good practical use.
