文物古建筑修缮工程优化施工管理的几点思路

当前,国内古建筑修缮工程施工管理普遍采纳新建工程的管理模式,并未构建起与我国古建筑修缮工程特点相符的管理模式。基于此,本文在分析我国古建筑修缮工程特点上,结合古建筑工程施工管理理念,提出了在修缮古建筑工程中需要注意的问题,希望能够提高古建筑工程修缮和管理水平。

At present, the domestic ancient building renovation project construction management generaly adopted the management model of the new project, has not been constructed and our country ancient building repair engineering characteristics consistent management model. Based on this, this paper based on the analysis of China's ancient architecture renovation project characteristics, combined with the ancient construction management concept, put forward the need to pay attention to the renovation of ancient buildings in engineering, hoping to improve the level of management and repair of ancient architecture engineering.
