摘    要:简述了钕铁硼回收料盐酸优溶液二氧化锰氧化法深度除铁工艺。通过试验考察了二氧化锰氧化除铁工艺方法中氧化剂用量、氧化时间等主要影响因素。反应温度90℃,以二氧化锰作氧化剂,用量为理论量,反应3 h,优溶液中的Fe^(2+)降至0. 14 g/L,Fe^(2+)氧化率高达99. 16%;优溶液经氧化后,用NaOH回调pH至4,生成Fe(OH)_3沉淀,溶液中Fe含量降至约100 mg/L。设计了优化工艺参数,并在生产实践中进行了验证,确认可采用二氧化锰氧化法对钕铁硼盐酸优溶液实现简单、高效、稳定的深度除铁。

Abstract:This paper briefly describes the deep iron removal process from hydrochloric acid solution of NdFeB recovery material using manganese dioxide oxidation method. The main influencing factors such as the amount of oxidant and oxidation time in the process of manganese dioxide oxidation and iron removal were investigated by experiments. Under 90℃,the theoretical amount of manganese dioxide is used as the oxidant,and the reaction time is 3 hours. The Fe2 + in the NdFeB hydrochloric acid solution can be reduced to 0. 14 g /L,and the Fe2 + oxidation rate is as high as 99. 16%. By using NaOH to adjust pH = 4 to precipitate Fe( OH) 3,the Fe content in the solution can be reduced to about 100 mg /L. The optimized process parameters were designed and verified in the production practice. It was confirmed that Manganese dioxide oxidation was a simple,efficient and stable deep iron removal method for NdFeB hydrochloric acid solution.
