民族地区乡村微型旅游企业经营效应研究

伴随着民族地区乡村旅游业蓬勃发展,乡村微型旅游企业已成为重要的商业动态。通过民族地区乡村微型旅游企业业主对经营效应评价的调查,结果显示:乡村微型旅游企业创业满意度高、微型企业收入贡献大、微型企业收入满意度、运营满意度、竞争满意度均较高,微型企业收益呈变好趋势。与乡村微型旅游企业经营效应具有正相关的个人因素主要是家庭经济地位、受教育程度;具有负相关的个人因素主要是年龄、外语能力、创业前经历和风险规避倾向;是否申请证照,业务类型与经营效应具有明显相关性,而是否采用电脑管理、网络预订、雇佣员工与经营效应相关性不明显。为此,提出了发展乡村微型旅游企业,促进农村经济发展的一些建议。

On operating effects of rural micro tourism enterprise in ethnic areas

Accompanied rural tourism booming, rural micro tourism enterprises have become an important busi- ness dynamics in ethnic areas. Evaluation on operating effects of rural micro tourism enterprises is surveyed in Guangxi. It shows that the owners＇ entrepreneurial satisfaction, income satisfaction, operating satisfaction and competi- tive satisfaction are high. Micro enterprise has made great contributions to household economy. Enterprise revenue is changed for the better trend. The owners＇ family economic status and education have related to operating effects posi- tively .Age, foreign language skills, entrepreneurial experience and risk aversion have a negative correlation. Applying for a license and the type of business have a significant correlation to operating effects. The correlation between adopt- ing computer management, online booking, hiring staff with operating effects aren＇ t obvious. Some advice on develop- ment of rural micro tourism enterprises is put forward to promote rural economic development.
