带涂层焊缝的电磁超声检测

摘    要:采用电磁超声换能器激发板波和表面波,分别对16MnR带不同厚度有机涂层的人工裂纹试件和预埋有焊接缺陷的焊缝试件进行检测。检测结果表明,随着涂层厚度的增加,缺陷波幅高度明显降低,可能导致缺陷的漏检。检测前应测定被检工件表面涂层厚度,利用与被检工件厚度相同、声学特性相同或相似的对比试块,标定系统的检测灵敏度,确定仪器的参数。

Abstract:16MnR steel welded lines which have man-made crack and jointing objection with ply wave and surface wave are tested with electromagnetic ultrasonic.It can be educed that more thick coat increases more low objection range is.It influences result with some objection.Measure thick of coat before test objection and demarcate system statoscope with contrast specimen have homology thick and acoustics characteristic with tested workpiece.
