血清EGF和EGFR的检测在鼻咽癌患者临床诊治中的意义

目的:研究血清表皮生长因子(EGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在鼻咽癌患者临床诊治中的临床应用价值。方法:测定鼻咽癌患者、慢性咽炎及正常健康组中EGF和EGFR的含量进行对比分析。结果:EGF和EGFR在鼻咽癌组中呈升高,明显高于慢性咽炎及正常健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。存在淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌病例组中EGF和EGFR明显高于无淋巴结转移的病例组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在EGF和EGFR升高的鼻咽癌病例组中5年生存时间低于EGF和EGFR无升高的鼻咽癌病例组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中EGF和EGFR含量的检测可作为鼻咽癌早期诊断和临床分期,预后判断的理想的血清生物学标志物。

Clinical Significance of Serum EGF and EGFR Detection in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To study of serum epidermal growth factor(EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in clinical diagnosis and treatment of clinical application.Methods:Determination of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,chronic pharyngitis and normal healthy group in EGF and EGFR content were analyzed.Results:EGF and EGFR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group was elevated,was significantly higher than that of chronic pharyngitis and the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The presence of lymph node metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma group in EGF and EGFR was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In EGF and EGFR increased in nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the group of 5year survival time less than EGF and EGFR without elevation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the serum levels of EGF and EGFR content detection can be used as nasopharyngeal carcinoma early diagnosis and clinical staging,prognostic ideal serum biological markers.
