摘    要:通过介绍平煤十一矿井上下轨道运输的现状及道岔的使用情况,阐明了该矿人工扳道器在使用过程中存在的一系列弊端和使用司控道岔的原因。该矿井下主大巷和地面运输主要以蓄电池电机车为主,道岔的控制是靠人工来操作,此做法既不安全也影响生产效率。为满足矿井综合自动化生产的需要,安装了ZKC127Q型司控道岔装置。

Abstract:Through mainly introducing the current situation of the track transportation and the use of the turnout of Pingmei eleven coal mine,this paper expounds a series of malpractices existing in the usage of artificial railway switch and the reasons of implementing driver-controlled switch devices.The transportation of the underground main lane and the ground of eleven coal mine mostly use the electromotor by storage battery,however,the control of the railway switch is operated by manual work.Under this condition,it is neither secure nor efficient.In order to satisfying the need of total automation of production of mine,installing the ZKC127Q driver-controlled switch devices is significant.
