掘进机截割主轴结构力学分析

摘    要:建立截割部主轴简化力学模型,利用工程力学方法求解出截割主轴受力和弯矩。应用Pro/E软件建立截割主轴的实体模型。把所建立的实体模型转化成ANSYS软件中的有限元分析模型,应用ANSYS软件建立其静态力学模型进行有限元分析。

Abstract:To build concise mechanics model of principal shaft of cutting mechanism,then the force and moment of cutting mechanism is calculated by using method of engineering mechanics.Using Pro/E software to construct solid model for the shaft.The mechanism model is imported to ANSYS,and is changed to model of finite element analysis,then built static mechanics model for analysis in ANSYS.
