摘    要:本文将滚筒结构简化为串联系统,利用有限元法计算应力,然后进行可靠度计算以及可靠度对随机变量变差系数的敏感性分析.本文给出的方法,对矿山机械的可靠性分析具有普遍意义.

Abstract:The drum structure is idealized as a series system. The drum stresses are calculated using finite element method. Then the reliability of drum structures is found. A sensitivity analysis is also conducted to find the variation of reliability with a change in the coefficients of variation of different random variables. The reliability analysis procedure given in the paper can be used in other mining machinery.
