我国输水钢管同国外的差距及几点建议(二)——美国与中国输水钢管壁厚设计理念的比较

摘    要:美国输水钢管壁厚的设计是完全的柔性管理念,其管厚设计计算公式是以内水压为主要参数来考虑的,外压作为核校条件.我国虽将输水钢管看成柔性管,但设计计算公式同半柔半钢的球铁管、预应力混凝土压力管相似,除考虑内水压参数外,还加入了管重、覆土重、管内水重以及地面负荷重等全部外压参数.在同样工况条件下,美国设计的管壁厚只有我国的1/2~2/3,但其经济性和安全可靠性均得到了大量工程实践的证明.我们应借鉴美国的经验,提高我国输水钢管的技术水平,降低建设成本.

Abstract:Wall-thickness of steel pipe for water transmission in America is designed based on inside hydraulic pressure as main parameter.Compared with American,wall-thickness of steel pipe for water-transmission in China is designed under considering influence on pipe by pipe weight,earth weight,water weight in pipe,except inside hydraulic pressure.In same conditions,pipe wall-thickness designed by America is half to two-third of that by China,and its economy,security and reliability were proven by engineering practice,we should use design experience of America to improve national technical level of steel pipe for water transmission.
