UBD菌降解炼油污水的石油类物质动力学研究

摘    要:以典型条件下UBD菌降解上海石化炼油污水的实验数据为基础,并将生物处理法经典的Monod方程进行合理简化,得到了UBD菌降解石油类物质的动力学方程: ,其中 =0.25h-1, =37.06mg/L。由降解动力学参数可知,UBD菌对于炼油污水具有很强生物降解能力,炼油污水中的石油类物质相对于UBD菌已经不属于难降解的物质。

Abstract:Abstract: The biodegradation kinetics of total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) in petrochemical wastewater was studied. Based on the experimental data of degrading wastewater from a refinery with microorganism UBD and using simplified Monod equation, a biodegradation kinetics equation was obtained as follows: . Microorganism UBD exhibited excellent performance for biodegrading TPH in the petrochemical wastewater. It can be seen from the parameters of this equation that petroleum hydrocarbons in wastewater should not be considered as hard to degrade with the presence of microorganism UBD.
