| 摘 要： | 筹资风险是市场经济环境中关系到企业生存和发展的重要风险之一,各类企业都不同程度的面对着筹资风险,筹资风险可以为企业所用,运用与控制得当可以为企业带来收益,控制不当就将会给企业带来损失,甚至是灾难。所以筹资风险分析尤为重要,本文从筹资风险的成因入手进行分析,重点探讨了筹资风险防范体系的构建。

| Abstract: | The risk of fund-raising is one of the important risks which relates to its existence and development to a business enterprise in the market economy environment, and all different business enterprise faces fund-raising risk. Fund-raising can be used by business enterprise to bring income if we can control it properly but bring loss even disaster if we can't. So the analysis of fund-raising is important. This text tries to study the construction of the system of fund-raising from its cause. |
