阑尾术后回盲部肿瘤误诊35例分析

目的回盲部肿瘤在中老年人群中易发生，临床上及术中探查不详细，术前准备不充分，易造成漏诊或误诊。方法阑尾术后（1～6月）右下腹痛20例，腹胀、恶心、呕吐14例，便秘或腹泻、黏液血便9例，出现贫血、消瘦、乏力10例，右下腹触及包块11例，腹痛、腹胀、停止排气排便8例。结果除2例死于脑出血，4例死于心肌梗死外，均临床治愈。结论手术治疗回盲部肿瘤疗效肯定，完善术前准备及术中详细检查，减少误诊。

Misleading Diagnosis of Ileocecus Tumor After Appendix Operation： 35 Cases Analysis

Objective Ileocecus tumor easily attacks quinquagenarian. Undetailed exploration in clinic, during operation and unadequate preparation before operation are the cause for an incomplete or misleading diagnosis. Methods One to six months after an appendix operation, 20 cases have pain in right lower abdomen, 14 cases have flatulence in the abdomen, nauseation and vomiting, 9 cases have constipation, diarrhea mucosanguineous feces, 10 cases have anaemia, skinniness and asthenia, 11 cases have in right lower abdomen and 8 cases have bellyache, physogastry, halting farting, defecation. Result In addition to 2 cases dying of cerebral hemorrhage and 4 cases dying of miocardial infarction, all have been cured clinicaly. Conclusion Surgery is effective to Ileoceeus tumor. Improve preparation before the opera,on and detailed examination to reduce misleading diagnosis.
