摘    要:从搅拌筒的破坏形式入手,分析搅拌筒的受力情况,运用I—Deas软件对某搅拌车的搅拌筒整体结构进行有限元计算,通过计算结论来分析导致搅拌筒破坏的结构上的原因,并提出结构改进措施,为搅拌筒的结构改进设计提供定型参考依据。

Abstract:The forced situation was discussed based on the destroy way of agitator-converyor in this paper.The agitator-converyor was analysed with I-Deas in the infinite element method to reveal the causes of agitator-converyor destroy based which the effective measure was put forwarded to improve the agitator-converyor structure.
