肢体锻炼加穴位按摩预防老年患者手术后深静脉血栓的研究

目的探讨下肢功能锻炼联合穴位按摩对预防老年恶性肿瘤患者行腹部手术后下深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)形成的效果。方法选择2005年6月—2006年12月年龄>60岁的老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤手术患者140例,术后分别予以下肢功能锻炼联合穴位按摩(锻炼按摩组)及使用医用弹力袜(弹力袜组),进行凝血指标及血液流变学指标的比较。结果两组患者凝血指标比较差异无统计学意义;锻炼按摩组患者下肢深静脉血流速度与弹力袜组相比明显加快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肢体功能锻炼联合穴位按摩能有效地加快患者下肢血流速度,可预防老年患者手术后深静脉血栓的形成,有利于患者的康复。

Lower limb functional training combined with acupoint massage for preventing deep venous thrombosis in the elderly patients after gastrointestinal cancer surgery

Objective To investigate lower limb functional training combined with acupoint massage for preventing lower limb deepvein thrombosis in the elderly patients after gastrointestinal cancer surgery.Methods 140 patients over 60-year-old after gastrointestinal cancer surgery from June 2005 to December 2006 were randomly divided into two groups.The blood coagulation and hemorrheology indices were observation.The observation group was given lower limb functional training combined with acupoint massage,the control group was given assigned to use medical elastic stockings.Results There were no statistical significant differences in blood coagulation indices between the two groups.The blood flow rate of lower limb deep vein in observation group was faster than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower limb functional training combined with acupoint massage could accelerate the blood flow rate of lower limb deep vein effectively,and thus prevent lower limb deep venous thrombosis in the elderly patients after gastrointestinal cancer surgery.
