便携式检测设备的触摸屏人机界面设计

摘    要:传统的小型检测设备界面往往需要借助开关、旋钮、键盘、显示屏等要素实现人机交互,论文提出了一种利用工业触摸屏技术的通用人机界面设计方法,触摸屏内部集成控制器,可实现自动控制,采用串口通讯的方式与上位机检测电路处理器交互以调整显示方式及内容。新方法具有成本低、界面简单友好、开发难度低、便于升级等特点。

Abstract:Traditional portable tester devices usually take switches, knots and screens to realize HMI(Human Machine Interface). A new HMI method utilizing industrial touch screen is proposed in the paper. The touch screen includes controller inside to realize automated control. Also it can communicate with the upper machine processor to control the display. The new method features low cost, friendly interface, low development difficulty and easily update.
