风电场调度自动化系统的设计与应用

摘    要:本文结合风电场及风电机组自身所具备的调节能力和运行特点,论述风电场调度自动化系统的设计思路,引入AVC(自动电压控制系统)、有功功率控制系统、风电功率预测系统及其他风力监测和报警等辅助系统,建立风电场与电网系统良好的调度方式,从而使风电场切实参与到电网调度和系统安全稳定的维护中。

Abstract:Given the dispatch capacity and operational features of wind farms and wind turbines, this paper expounds the design solution of the wind farm dispatch automation system, and AVC system, active power control systems, wind power prediction system and other auxiliary systems such as wind monitoring and alarm system are introduced to strengthen the system functions in order to establish a good relationship between the power system and wind farms and mobilize wind farms to participate in the power grid dispatch and the system security maintenance effectively.
