| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨桥蛋白在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达及意义，分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测70例乳头状甲状腺癌和20例结节性甲状腺肿中骨桥蛋白的表达。结果骨桥蛋白在乳头状甲状腺癌与结节性甲状腺肿中的阳性表达率分别为72．86％、10．00％，两者阳性表达率有显著性差异（P〈0．05），有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移的乳头状甲状腺癌中骨桥蛋白阳性表达率分别为86．11％、58．82％，两者有显著性差异（P〈0．05）结论骨桥蛋白在乳头状甲状腺癌中为过表达，且与淋巴结转移密切相关。

The expression of osteopontin(OPN)in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC)and its significance |

| Abstract: | Objective This study is designed to clarify the expression of osteopontin （OPN）in papillary thyroid carcinoma （PTC）and its significance. The correlation between the expression of OPN and chnic pathologic feature of PTC is analyzed. Methods The expression of OPN in 70 specimens of PTC and 20 specimens of nodular goiter were investigated by S - P immunohisochemistry. Result Positive rate of OPN was significandy higher in PTC than nodular goiter （72.86% vs. 10%, P 〈 0.05） ; The rate of OPN was significantly higher in PTC with lymph node metastasis titan in PTC without lymph node metastasis （86.11% vs.58.82 %, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion OPN is over expressed in PTC closely relates with lymph node metastasis. |
