| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期中医理疗治疗急性缺血性中风患者神经功能和日常生活能力恢复的影响。方法:将1777例急性缺血性中风患者分为理疗组和对照组,理疗组在内科常规药物治疗的基础上,早期(24h内)加用中医手法;心理护理;日常生活能力训练;针刺治疗;对照组给予内科常规药物治疗。于治疗前后,采用Fugl-Meyer评分评定患者的运动功能;Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力;NIHSS评定神经功能缺损程度。结果:理疗组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数明显提高,与对照组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05);NIHSS评分,早期中医理疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期中医理疗对急性缺血性中风患者的神经功能和日常生活能力有明显的提高。
