| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以大剂量阿糖胞苷(HD-AC)用于急性白血病完全缓解(CR)后巩固强化治疗和难治性复发性髓系白血病的疗效及副作用。方法:HD-AC治疗8例急性髓系白血病(AML)和2例复发性髓系白血病,每次2.0g/m2,q.12h,6次为1个疗程,化疗中使用G-CSF。结果:以HD-AC为主联合化疗AMI缓解6例,复发者缓解1例,缓解率70%。最主要的副作用是骨髓严重抑制和感染。结论:以HD-AC为主的联合化疗方案可用于急性白血病的强化治疗,对降低复发、提高无病生存率有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effectiveness and side effect of large dose of arabinosylcytosin(Ara-C) during intensification therapy for complete recovery(CR) of acute leukemia or for recurrent marrow leukemia.Methods: In 8 cases of acute marrow leukemia(AML) and 2 cases of recurrent marrow leukemia,HK-AC were administrated in dose of 2.0g every m2,every 12 hours for a period up to 6 times.G-CSF was given during chemotherapy.Results: 6 cases of AML and 1 recurrent one relieved with therapy of large dose of Ara-C.The rate of relief was 70%.The main side effects had serious marrow inhibition and infection.Conclusion: Combined chemotherapy including main Ara-C should be applied in intensification therapy for acute leukemia.This methods is significant in reducing recurrent and improving survival rate. |
