| 摘 要： | 目的探讨加味葛花解酲汤联合纳洛酮治疗急性重症酒精中毒的疗效。方法47例急性重症酒精中毒的患者随机分为两组。对照组(26例)用纳洛酮治疗,治疗组(21例)在对照组基础上配合加味葛花解酲汤灌胃,观察患者意识恢复,自觉症状消失时间以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组治疗效果优于对照组,各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论运用加味葛花解酲汤联合纳洛酮治疗急性重症酒精中毒,能够缩短病程,减少并发症,明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effects of Jiaweigehuajie ch engtang combined with naloxone(NLX )on acute severe alcoholism(ASA).Methods:Fort y-seven cases of ASA were divided randomly into 2 groups:the control group(n =26),treated with NLX,and the treatment group(n=21)treated with Jiaweigehu ajiechengtang infuse in the stomach besides the NLX. The consciousness restorati on time,the symptoms disappear time,and the occurrence rate of the complications of ASA were observed. Results:The effect on the treatment group was better tha n that on the control group,with each index significantly differently(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Using Jiaweigehuajiechengtang infuse the stomach combined with the NLX can obviously shorten the course of ASA and lessen the occurrence rate of th e complications of the ASA,enhance the therapeutic efficacy. |
