摘    要:研究了摇瓶发酵过程中添加物对兽疫链球菌Streptococcus zooepidemicus发酵生产透明质酸的影响。结果表明:在发酵5h时,装液量80mL/500mL,转速300rpm,添加1.0%的丙酮可以使HA产量提高23.25%。丙酮可以作为一种有效的添加物应用于HA的生产。

Abstract:The effect of differentence adding substance to the producing of HA produced by Streptococcus zooepidemicus in shake-bottle fermentation was studied in this paper. The results indicated that a 23.25% increase was obtained by adding acetone (1.0%)at 5 h,the volume of zymotic fluid is 80mL in the 500mL shake-bottle,by 300rpm in the course of fermentation.The acetone can be used in the producing of HA as an effective adding substance.
