摘    要:飞机封严板在敲制成形沉头窝孔后,表面出现不同程度的起皱变形问题,且难以消除.采用非线性有限元分析软件Dynaform对飞机封严板窝孔成形过程进行数值模拟.经研究分析发现,成形过程中由于封严板没有压边支撑,且成形方式过于粗糙剧烈,导致封严板起皱变形.针对这些问题制定了相应措施,改变以往的敲窝成形方法,发明了一种气动压窝器...

Abstract:After the dimples in aircraft seal plate are knocked,the surface of aircraft seal plate has different degrees of wrinkle and deformation,which is difficult to eliminate.Therefore,the dimple forming process of aircraft seal plate was simulated by nonlinear finite element analysis software Dynaform.The results show that during the forming process,the seal plate has no blank holder to support and the forming method is too rough and severe,which causes the seal plate to wrinkle and deform.In view of these issues,the corresponding measures were made to change the previous knock dimple forming method,and a pneumatic press dimple device was invented.Furthermore,the optimization design on mechanism was conducted by DMU module motion mechanism simulation method in software CATIA,and the blank holder plate was set up to limit the deformation of seal plate in flange area.Finally,the actual production results show that after the implementation of the improvement methods,the large-area wrinkle deformation of seal plate is eliminated,and the surface quality is greatly improved.Thus,the aerodynamic performance and stealth performance of aircraft during the flight are ensured.
