认知功能检查量表临床应用的研究进展

认知功能评估量表是临床常用的评估认知功能障碍的方法.术后认知功能障碍（POCD）是术后常见的并发症之一,主要表现为记忆力和思维定向力障碍,常持续数月或数年.POCD导致患者康复延迟、增加医疗费用,并影响患者术后生活质量.目前临床上关于认知功能的测试方法很多,但没有专门针对POCD的评估工具.该文就量表的选择、测试时间点的确定以及测试的注意事项等方面予以综述,期望对POCD的研究有所帮助.

Research Progress in Clinical Application of Cognitive Function Scale

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction（POCD） is one of the common complications after opera- tion, predominantly happening in the elderly, with clinical features of impaired memory and thinking, disori- entation and often accompanied with declines in social activities, often lasting for months or years. POCD results in delayed recovery,increased medical expenses and also it affects the quality of patients＇ life badly. Currently there are a lot of neuropsychological tests to evaluate the cognitive function,while none is specific to the assessment of POCD. Here is to make a review of the clinical use of neuropsyehologieal tests, including the selections of tests, the timing of testing, and some precautions, with the hope to provide some help for POCD research.
