| 摘 要： | 噪声是全球性的主要环境污染之一，已成为一种重要公害，本文阐述噪声及噪声污染的危害，结合新疆城市噪声污染状况，提出了建立防治网络，推行综合整治，加大环境管理力度与环保宣传等噪声污染防治措施。实施安静工程，建设安静小区，从根本上控制噪声污染源，保障人们的身体健康。

| Abstract: | Noise is one of the main environmental pollution,and has become an important public hazard.The paper combined the city noise status of Xinjiang,analyzed the noise and its hazard,and proposed the countermeasures of noise pollution: building preventing network,pushing synthesis managements,strengthening environment management and environment prevention propaganda.Carrying out quietness programme,building quiet neighborhood,radically controlling the noise pollution,and ensuring people's health. |
