延期妊娠的妊娠结局初探

目的　探讨延期妊娠对母婴预后的影响。方法　回顾分析收治的 185例延期妊娠病例和同期收治的过期妊娠病例4 2例及 37～ 4 1周病例 184例。结果　三组间新生儿的体重随妊娠周数的增加而呈上升又下降的趋势 ,三组新生儿体重相比差异无显著。延期组和过期组分别有 1例死胎。三组新生儿的Apgar评分逐渐下降 ,且足月组和延期组分别与过期组相比 ,差异显著。三组手术产 (剖宫产、胎吸、产钳助产 )率随妊娠周数的增加而增加 ,延期妊娠组的手术产率接近过期妊娠组的手术产率 ,与足月组相比 ,差异显著。结论　延期妊娠虽新生儿的体重较足月组略有增高 ,但其新生儿Apgar评分渐减 ;手术产率显著增高 ,存在难产因素 ,故应视其为高危妊娠

Initial exploration of delayed pregnancy on pregnancy outcome

Objective To explore the influence of delayed pregnancy outcome on pregnant women and fetus. Methods Retrospective analysis of 185 cases of delayed pregnancy (DP), 42 cases of prolonged pregnancy (PP) and 184 cases of normal term pregnancy(NTP). Results As pregnancy delayed, infants' weight increased and then decreased. There was no significant difference among DP, PP and NTP. There was a fetal death in DP and a fetal death in PP. As pregnancy week increased, Apgar score of infants gradually decreased. There was significant difference among NTP, DP and PP. The rate of operative delivery increased as pregnancy week increased, and there was significant difference among DP, PP and NTP. Conclusion Delayed pregnancy is high risk pregnancy in which Apgar score of infants is low and rate of operative delivery is high although the weight of infants increased.
