摘    要:提出了基于小波变换的汽轮发电机组振动故障检测与诊断方法。通过对仿真的汽轮发电机组典型振动故障信号进行小波变换,利用小波变换后的时频等高线图,对汽轮发电机组典型振动故障进行了检测分析。分析表明,利用小波时频等高图,可以直观表示信号中畸变发生的时间,有效地提取信号中的奇异特征;根据不同的故障发生时的频谱特征,能够识别出不同的故障,进行机组振动故障检测与故障诊断。

Abstract:A method based on Wavelet transform was given of fault detection and fault diagnosis in vibration signals of stream turbine. Several simulating vibration signals of stream turbine were transformed based on the Wavelet .The transform results were plotted in time-frequency contour map. The map was used to detect and diagnose faults of representative vibration signals of stream turbine. Analysis of transform results indicates that the time-frequency contour map of Wavelet transform can right show and effectively discovery singularities of vibration signals. According to character in both the time domain and the frequency domain of faults, character of faults can be identified. Then, faults can be detected and diagnosed in vibration signals of stream turbine.
