对有焦虑情绪的地震伤员实施共情护理的探讨

目的：探讨共情护理对伴有焦虑情绪的地震伤员的作用。方法：运用焦虑自评量表对本科收治的30例地震伤员进行评估,根据评估结果,对有焦虑情绪的伤员进行针对性的共情护理,评价其效果。结果：共有24名伤员伴有焦虑情绪,其中轻度焦虑15例,中度焦虑6例,重度焦虑3例。进行共情护理后,存在焦虑情绪的伤员10例,其中轻度焦虑6例,中度焦虑2例,重度焦虑2例,较共情护理前明显减少（P＆lt;0.01）。结论：共情护理可明显减轻地震伤员的焦虑情绪,增强其信心,有利于疾病的康复。

Exploration of empathetic nursing for the anxiety patients with earthquake-wounded.

Objective：To probe into the function of empathetic nursing for the earthquake-wounded anxiety patients.Methods：Using self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） to assess the anxiety level of the 30 earthquake-wounded patients.Based the assessment,empathetic nursing was administered and its effects were assessed.Results：After the administration of empathetic nursing,the number of patients with anxiety dropped from 24（light,15;moderate,6 and severe,3） to 10（light,6;moderate,2 and severe,2） there was remarkable difference（χ^2=13. 596,P 〈0. 01 ） Conclusion： Empathetic nursing could dramatically lower the patients＇ anxiety level, improve their confidence and be conducive to their recovery.
