| Abstract: | Developing the higher education of the humanities and social science is the requirement of developing times. It is also necessary in the university innovation. We must realize the status and the function of the humanities and social science in the university innovation correctly, and take pressing measures to develop the humanities and social science, to attain the goal of establishing the innovative university. |
