| 摘 要： | 从软件可靠性的概念出发，阐述了软件可靠性模型在软件开发及评测中的作用同时给出了软件可靠性模型的分类，故障数据的收集方法，及软件可靠性建模过程。并通过实例分析，指出了在建模过程中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the conoept of software reliability, the function of software reliability models in software development and evaluation is induced, and the classification of software reliability model and collecting method of fault data are given, The model - building process of software reliahility is stressed out especially, and through a practical example. Finally, questions to be noticed in the processes of building model are pointed out. |
