| 摘 要： | 用考马斯亮蓝染色、银染色、铜染色三种方法对同一种蛋白质的灵敏度、快速性进行比较,得出三种蛋白质染色方法的优缺点,为蛋白质电泳染色合理选用不同方法提供依据。

| Abstract: | Commassic brilliant blue staining copper staining and silver staining were compared in sensitivity and speed for protein electrophoresis. The results showed the advantages and disadvantages of three staining methods, which provides basis for rational selection of different methods in gel electrophoresis of protein. |
