摘    要:对 4 8例临床怀疑椎基底动脉供血不足病例行常规 2 D- TOF和 3D- CEMRA成像检查。 2 D- TOF和 3D-CEMRA图像均能较好地显示与采集层面垂直的颈内、外动脉及椎管内段椎动脉。对与层面平行的椎动脉入颅段及基底动脉环的显示 3D- CEMRA比 2 D- TOF好。 3D- CEMRA显示血管狭窄较 2 D- TOF敏感和准确

Abstract:patients who were suspicious of vertebral and basilar arteries stenosis were examined with 2D-TOF and 3D-CEMRA. The internal and external carotid arteries and basilar arteries which were vertrical with the acqistion plane can be showed very well by 2D-TOF and 3D-CEMR were better than 2D-TOF. For showing the basilar arteries entering the skull segment and the Willi′s cycle which were parallel with the acquisition plane, 3D-CEMR was more sensitivity and nicety than 2D-TOF in showing vessel stenosis.
