干燥综合征相关型干眼症的临床诊疗进展

干燥综合征(SS)是一种系统性自身免疫类疾病，其主要特征是免疫细胞浸润并破坏各外分泌腺体，影响机体其他各器官的系统功能。当该类疾病累及眼部时，极易引发干眼症，出现眼干、畏光等眼部不适的症状。目前，SS相关型干眼症的发病机制尚不明确，也无统一的诊断及治疗标准，至今仍未找到能够彻底根治此类疾病的治疗办法。此类疾病的治疗目标主要是控制病情、缓解症状及减少并发症的发生。近年来，随着免疫系统疾病和干眼症治疗等相关研究的不断深入，SS相关型干眼症的治疗也有了很大进展。本文中笔者重点回顾目前能够应用于SS相关型干眼症的临床诊疗方法，整理近年来有关此类疾病诊断及治疗取得的研究进展，以期为SS相关型干眼症的临床诊疗提供参考。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment progress of Sjögren's syndrome related xerophthalmia

Sj?gren syndrome (SS) is a systemic autoimmune disease. Its main feature is the infiltration of immune cells, the destruction of various exocrine glands, and the system function of the other organs of the body. When the disease involving the eye, can easily lead to dry eye, dry eye, photophobia and ocular discomfort symptoms. At present, the pathogenesis of SS related dry eye is not clear, and there is no unified standard for diagnosis and treatment. It has not yet found a cure for radical cure of this disease. The treatment goals of such diseases are mainly to control the disease, relieve symptoms and reduce complications. In recent years, with the further research of immune system diseases and dry eye treatment, SS related dry eye treatment has made great progress. In this paper, the author focuses on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SS related dry eye disease, and collate the recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases, in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SS related dry eye.
