子宫内膜异位致慢性盆腔疼痛1例报告及文献分析

目的 提高对引起慢性盆腔疼痛妇科因素的认识和鉴别。方法 报告1例子宫内膜异位引起慢性盆腔疼痛的诊治过程并对引起慢性盆腔疼痛的妇科因素进行相关的文献分析。结果 慢性盆腔疼痛是一个涉及多学科的常见病症,多由妇科疾病引起,常见病因为子宫内膜异位、慢性盆腔炎、盆腔粘连和盆腔静脉淤血综合征。结论 慢性盆腔疼痛十分常见,而引起慢性盆腔疼痛的妇科因素十分复杂,涉及妇科多个疾病,明确病因方可进行有针对性地防治。

One case report and literature review on chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis

Objective To improve the identification of chronic pelvic pain (CPP) of gynecological diseases. Methods One case of diagnosis and treatment of CPC caused by endometriosis was reported. Results CPP is a common symptom of diseases, which was often caused by gynecological diseases, such as endometriosis, chronic pelvic inflammation, pelvic adhesion and pelvic venous congestion syndrome. Conclusion CPP is very common, and CPP cause by gynecological factors is very complex. It involves many gynecological diseases and the identification of the specific cause can result in the targeted prevention and treatment.
