| 摘 要： | 三叉神经痛（TN）病因尚不明确，目前临床上缺乏特效治疗的办法，主要以缓解临床症状、避免复发为主。目前主流的手术治疗措施包括微血管减压术、经皮射频热凝术、经皮微球囊压迫术、立体定向放射外科治疗等。本文围绕TN临床治疗措施及治疗效果综述如下。

| Abstract: | The cause of trigeminal neuralgia is not clear, the clinical treatment of the disease is still lack of special effects, mainly to alleviate the clinical symptoms and avoid relapse. Currently, the major surgical treatments include microvascular decompression, percutaneous radiofrequency rhizotomy, percutaneous balloon compression, stereotactic radiosurgery. In this article, we review the clinical treatment and treatment effect of trigeminal neuralgia, providing a good reference for clinical treatment. |
