黄连解毒汤对治疗高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的研究

摘    要:目的 探究黄连解毒汤对高脂血症大鼠的脂类代谢及抗脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 将SD大鼠随机分组,分为正常对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组、黄连解毒汤低、中、高剂量,每组16只,除正常对照组以外,其它组大鼠连续喂养8周高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型。模型建立后测定大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和三酰甘油(TAG)水平,测定血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 与模型组相比,黄连解毒汤高、中、低剂量组能降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量,显著提高HDL-C含量和提高SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论 黄连解毒汤能够降低高脂血症大鼠血脂,提高机体抗脂质过氧化,高剂量组效果更佳。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Huanglianjiedu Decoction on lipid metabolism and anti-lipid peroxidation in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,simvastatin group and Huanglianjiedu Decoction group.The rats in other groups were divided into normal control group and other groups. 8 weeks high fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia model. (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TAG) were measured before and after the establishment of the model. The serum levels of total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results Compared with the model group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and MDA in the serum,the content of HDL-C and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased in the high,medium and low dose groups of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction. Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can reduce the blood lipid of hyperlipidemic rats and improve the anti-lipid peroxidation of the body,and the effect of high dose group is better.
