聚丙烯／顺丁橡胶动态硫化增韧的研究

研究了在聚丙烯(pp)与顺丁橡胶(BR)共混过程中加入橡胶硫化剂使共混体系中橡胶相动态硫化交联。研究结果表明,采用动态硫化法可提高共混物的冲击强度和拉伸强度。借助于SEM和DMA,证实了动态硫化使PP/BR共混体系具有相界面粘结良好的多相结构,改善了两相相容性。探讨了动态硫化增韧的机理。

Study on PP/BR Toughening System by Dynamical Vulcanization

PP/BR blends were prepared by using dynamical vulcanization technique to crosslink the BR as domains dispersed in the PP matrices. Experimental results indicated that the impact and tensile strength of this vulcanized blends were all higher than those of PP/BR simple blends. The structure and degree of crosslinking had an important effect on the properties of these system. With thd aid of SEM and DMA, it was proved that the compatibility between the two phases in the PP/BR blend system could be improved by dynamical vulcanization. In addition, the toughening mechanism of such dynamically vulcanized PP / BR blends was suggested.
