摘    要:县级电网建立自动电压控制(AVC)系统可以实现电网的无功电压优化协调控制。介绍了一个县级电网AVC系统的结构、技术特点以及应用情况。该县级电网AVC系统实现了与上级AVC系统的协调,又符合本地实际,开发了合理的县级电网AVC系统的功能模块。实践表明该AVC系统在县级电网投入运行后取得较好的运行效果。

Application of AVC System to County Power Grid and Its Technical Characteristics
Abstract:The application of automatic voltage control (AVC) system to county power grid is able to realize the optimal and harmonic control of reactive power and voltage in power grid. The framework, technical characteristics and application of AVC system in a county power grid is introduced. The AVC system of the county power grid has realized the coordination with the AVC system of the higher level, and it is also adapted to the local conditions. Reasonable function modules of AVC system in county power grid are also developed. The practice shows that a good operation results can be achieved with the application of AVC system.
