健脾理气散治疗儿童功能性消化不良的临床研究

目的:通过临床研究评价健脾理气散治疗儿童功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合入选标准的功能性消化不良患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组给予自拟健脾理气散,对照组给予吗丁啉,疗程均为1个月,并分别检测治疗前后的胃半排空,记录患儿治疗前后的症状积分,进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%;对照组总有效率为80.00%,两组疗效存在显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后症状、体征总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后胃固体半排空时间与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾理气散治疗儿童功能性消化不良具有较好的疗效,中药作用不局限于促胃肠动力,从这些角度健脾理气散值得进一步深入研究。

Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Children with Functional Dyspepsia by Jianpiliqi Powder

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of children with functional dyspepsia(FD) by Jianpiliqi Powder.Methods:60 cases with FD were randomized in to treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The patients in the treatment group were given oral Jianpiliqi Powder,and those in the control group took Domperidone.The course of therapy was 1 month.General therapeutic effects w ere evaluated,gastric half-emptying time and total scores of major symptoms and signs were counted.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group,80.00%in the control group.And there was a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The total score of major symptoms and signs in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was non-difference in the gastric half-emptying time between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:There is an excellent efficacy of Jianpiliqi Powder on children’s FD.
