基于多体理论的数控双盘铣刀加工斜齿轮啮合分析

摘    要:以多体系统理论为基础,根据数控铣齿机运动原理,建立了包含误差因素在内的数控双盘铣刀加工斜齿轮啮合模型,推导出被加工齿轮的螺旋面方程.分析结果表明,采用双盘铣刀加工的方法,可以减少齿廓余量,改善齿廓余量的不均匀性.

Abstract:Based on the theory of multi-body system and motion of CNC gear milling machine, the meshing model of CNC helical gear milling with the double dick-type cutter was built, and the spiral surface equation was established. The result indicated that the method of double dick-type cutter milling can reduced the tooth profile allowance and improved the asymmetry of tooth profile allowance.
