Yb3+掺杂KLa(WO4)2激光晶体生长与光谱分析

摘    要:采用提拉法生长出掺镱钨酸镧钾Yb:KLa(WO4)2,Yb:KLW]晶体,测试了晶体的红外光谱和Raman光谱,对出现的振动模式进行了归属.从X射线衍射分析得到晶胞参数a=b=0.532 nm,c=1.189 nm.通过热重-差热分析得到晶体的熔点为1 119 ℃,在熔点以下没有相变.测试了晶体的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,计算了相应的光谱参数.结果表明:该晶体发射波长为1 021 nm,在931,981 nm附近有较强、较宽的吸收峰,适合用InGaAs半导体激光泵浦.

Abstract:Ytterbium doped potassium lanthanum tungstate crystal Yb:Kla(WO4)2, abbreviated Yb:KLW] was grown by the Czochralski method. The infrared spectra and Raman spectra of the crystal were measured and the vibrational mode was assigned.The lattice parameters of the crystal obtained by X-ray diffraction are a=b=0.532 nm and c=1.189 nm and the melting point determined by thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis is 1 119 ℃. There is no phase transition below the melting point. The absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of the crystal were measured, and the corresponding spectral parameters were calculated.The results show that there are stronger and broader absorption peaks at 931 and 981 nm, and an emission wavelength of 1 021 nm for the crystal. It is suitable for use in InGaAs laser diode pumps as the excitation source.
