核电站闸阀定期密封试验加压方式的分析与应用

摘    要:核电站安全壳隔离用闸阀在定期检验时,其中需要检验阀门的密封性能。传统的试验方法是在阀门的一侧加压,另一侧测量,该方法的优点是其加压方式相同于阀门工况中的受压状态,缺点是其操作时间长,检测过程所受辐照剂量大。根据安全壳隔离阀的特点,研究了核电站用闸阀密封试验采用中腔加压方式的可行性,分析了目前国内阀门行业采用中腔加压方式存在的问题并给出了解决方法。

Abstract:The containment valve should be regularly tested to verify its sealing performance in the nuclear power plant.The traditional method is that pressing on one side and measure on other side.The advantage of this method is consistent with the accident conditions and the disadvantage is that the operating time is long and the irradiation dose of the personnel is large.According to the characteristics of the containment valves,this paper analyzes the feasibility and the difficulties for the method of the medium cavity pressure in the nuclear power plant.
