Abstract: | Effect of different heat treatment temperatures(450~700 ℃)on microstructure and properties of TA1 tube were investigated.The results show that microstructure and properties of TA1 tube treated at less than 450 ℃ is similar with that of as-cold deformed,but the microstructure and properties change variously when treated between 450 ℃ and 500 ℃,the microstructure and properties is gradually stable,and recrystallization occurs when treated at 500 ℃ or higher temperatures.The tube heat treated at 550~650 ℃/90 min+FC can meet demands of aircraft engine. |
