血清FSH、LH、E2检测及经阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢早衰诊断中的应用观察

摘    要:目的观察血清FSH、LH、E2检测及经阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢早衰诊断中的应用效果。方法选择40例卵巢早衰患者作为研究组;同时选择另40例正常妇女作为对照组。两组均进行血清FSH、LH、E2检测及经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测。观察FSH、LH、E2水平及子宫、内膜、卵巢的情况,并测量双侧卵巢的前后径、左右径、卵泡数目及大小,分别测量双侧卵巢动脉的舒张末期流速(EDV)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(Pd)。结果与对照组相比研究组的卵巢体积明显缩小;FSH、LH、PI、RI明显较高;E2、PSV、EDV明显较低。结论在进行血清FSH、LH、E2的检测的同时行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,能较好的了解到卵巢早衰患者血清指标及激素水平,为早期诊断提供依据。

Observation of the serum FSH,LH, E2 testing and transvaginal color Doppler uhrasonography in the diagnosis of premature ovarian failure

Abstract:[ Objective ] To observe the serum FSH, LH, E2 testing and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of premature ovarian failure results. [ Methods ] 40 cases of premature ovarian failure as the study group; while selecting another 40 cases of normal women as a control group. Both groups of serum FSH, LH, E2 testing and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Observation FSH, LH, E2 levels and uterine, endometrial, ovarian, and to measure the anteroposterior diameter of ovaries, transverse diameter, number and size of follicles were measured bilateral ovarian artery diastolic velocity (EDV), systolic peak velocity (PSV), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI). [ Resluts ] Compared with the control group, the study group of ovarian volume was significantly reduced; FSH, LH, PI, RI significantly higher; E2, PSV, EDV significantly lower. [ Conclusions ] During serum FSH, LH, E2 simultaneously detection of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, to better understand premature ovarian failure and hormone levels in patients with serum markers for early diagnosis.
