环保型催化材料氮化钼的合成与表征

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了负载型氮化钼的前驱体,采用流化氮化新工艺制备了氮化钼。通过单因素和正交实验,确定了较优氮化条件:升温速率为1.2℃/min,H2∶N2=4.0∶1,空速70×103h-1,氮化终温为650℃,活性组分MoO3含量为10%。并采用BET、XRD、SEM等对制备的氮化钼及前驱体进行了表征。

Abstract:This article took the sol-gel method to prepare the precursor of supported molybdenum nitride,used the fluid nitriding new technology.The most superior azotizing condition was determined by orthogonal experiment,which is space velocity at 70×103 h-1,H2/N2 was 4.0 ∶ 1,nitriding temperature was 650 ℃,temperature program speed was 1.2 ℃/min,the active constituent content was 10%.The product and its precursor was characterized by BET,XRD,SEM.
