热牙胶连续波充填技术的临床应用

目的：总结热牙胶连续波充填技术的充填质量及临床效果。方法：成人牙髓病及根尖周病30例，常规根管预备，使用热牙胶充填根管，并在治疗后3-6个月进行回访，观察临床疗效。结果：30例中，根充恰填率90％，根管充填后未发生疼痛。x线片显示根充严密合适，咬合关系良好，根尖瘘道2～3周愈合。术后3个月和6个月复查，x线片显示根尖周透射区缩小，骨质密度增加。结论：热牙胶连续波充填技术安全、可靠，操作简便，近期观察临床效果好。

Clinical application of warm gutta-percha continuous-wave condensation technique.

Objective：To realize the obturation quality and the short term of clinical curative effect of continuous-wave condensation technique. Method：30 patients with pulpitis or periodontitis were admitted for root canal therapy.Regular root canal prepartion was applied.Root canals were filled with warm gutta-percha.Follow up was conducted on cases after 3 to 6 months to observe the treatment results. Result：The treatment resulted in 90 % correctly filled root canal in the 30 cases. There was no posttreatment pain occurred after root canal obturation in the 30 cases.X-ray film showed that filling of root canal was dense and fit and the occlusal function was good.Periapical sinus tracts were healed in 2 to 3 weeks.Re-examina- tion was performed 3 to 6 months after prepartion .X-ray film showed that the periapical radiolucent area was reduced which indicated that bone density was increased. Conlusion：Warm gutta-percha continuous-wave condensation technique is a faster, safer root canal filling set.The short-term clinical curative effect of continuous-wave condensation was quite well.
