连续梁施工过程控制要点分析

摘    要:大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥在桥梁工程建设中应用广泛,其施工质量关系到大桥的安全和使用性能,在施工过程中,对桥梁进行施工监控已经必不可少.结合工程实例,分析了连续梁在施工控制过程中要注意的问题,根据理论与实际总结出切实可行的施工控制要点.结合现场实际监控结果,对本桥悬臂施工控制过程中的挂篮及托架进行分析计算,并对大桥安全和质量控制进行论述,通过精心控制确保了该桥的顺利合龙和施工的安全,可为同类型的桥梁施工提供借鉴.

Abstract:The large-span pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridges is widely used in bridge building , whose quality is closely related to bridge's safety and performance .Thereby, in the progress of building bridges , it is necessary to monitor the construction .Based on a sample from engineering , we analyzes some problems worthy of attention and proposes some practical measures aiming at controlling points from combination of theory and reality.After getting monitoring results , we analyze and computerize the hanging basket and bracket in cantilever of a constructing bridge , and also discusse safety and quality controlling aiming to assure joining sections successfully and providing reference for other bridge building .
